The use of ZED standard housetypes has already been described in section 2. Data sheets and layouts for the current range of housetypes are given on pages 30-31 and 44-51.
对于ZED标准的房屋类型已经在第二章详细介绍了。目前已有房屋类型的数据表和相关图纸在30-31页和44-51页给出。
The housetypes have been checked by a housing association and the Housing Corporation, and meet all the SDS“essential”requirements and most of the “recommended” items. The standard housetypes are particularly strong on their environmental performance and can claim to set a new standard in this area, surpassing that specified in the latest and proposed Building Regulations.
房屋类型经过住宅协会和房产公司的审查,并且符合SDS所有的基本要求和大部分的“推荐条款”。标准的房屋类型尤其在环境性能方面表现出色,可以说为这一地区树立了新的标准,超出了最新的和正在被提议的建筑规范标准。
This means that any ZED scheme, provided they are built as specified, will meet the non-side specific SDS requirements from the start. This will save a lot of time, and avoid any unnecessary to plans to meet the SDS requirements after they have been designed or even, worst case, once the development has been built.
这表明:任何一个ZED方案,如果按照设计说明建造,将从一开始就达到SDS所规定的详细而精确的所有要求。这样可以节省大量时间,避免在设计完成后甚至已经开工建成后再对方案做任何不必要的修改来满足SDS的相关规定和要求。

The chart below illustrates how different lifestyles effect the eco-footprint of each person. Each element that contributes toward carbon emissions is listed along the top while types of lifestyles are listed on only using what is available on the planet we have.

The following pages provide example layouts for the ZED standard housetypes. (Unit sizes are given on pages 26 and 27.) They are intended to be used as templates for housing associations and others to build sustainable developments.

These housetypes have been designed and approved to meet the Housing Corporation Scheme Development Standards (SDS), and other standards – see table below.

D1 Ground floor 1-bed flat
