The project located in a prime area of the Cross that the East Third Ring Road and the Jianguomenwai Avenue hand-over, Beijing Central Business District. The building area is 2,800,000㎡，300m high, the tallest building in Beijing. The building is mainly used for office, super five-star hotel, modern commercial center and so on. The third phase of this project building surely will improve the Chinese International Trade Center position in the whole world trade center further. Currently this project has achieved LEED-CS Silver Pre-Certification. |
