Hangzhou Euro America Center

EAC is a comprehensive commercial building cluster which is located in the centre of Hangzhou city, close to Zhejiang University. Its building area is 1,270,000 ㎡ with 20 floors high above ground. This project runs through the green building concept from design, construction to property management. Currently this project has successfully achieved LEED-CS Silver Pre-certification.
 

Client’s Comment

Euro America Centre only takes more than 2 months to complete from project determination, preparation to finally submit all certification documentation needed. During this period, QiDi Daring accomplished the energy simulation calculation, daylighting and views analysis, furthermore, QiDi Daring uplifted from Certification level to Silver level. All the achievement on  speed and quality above unfolded the good command and deep understandings to LEED system of QiDi Daring.
