Beijing Jiangtai Commercial Centre

Jiangtai Commercial Centre is located near Jiuxian Bridge Road in Chaoyang district of Beijing, very close to Yansha Commercial Circle and Lidu Commercial Circle. This project merge office, hotel and commerce as comprehensive building cluster. Of which, hotel will be 5 star (23 floors, 99 meters), office will be 5A grade (25 floors, 99 meters) and top grade commerce stores (3 floors).
The office and commerce part is applying for LEED-CS Gold certification and hotel part for LEED-NC Gold certification.
