Huiya Plaza is location near the north road of Yincheng and century avevue. The precise location is No.1233, Lujiazui Circle Road, Shanghai city. The site area is 8,452 m2 and building area above ground is 70,000 m2.

Based on the current situation for Huiya Plaza,QiDi Daring organized a project team for LEED-EB pre-evaluation of this project. It gave comprehensive pre-evaluation solutions and analyzed possible points achieved, establish the foundation for LEED-EB certification.
