This project is located in the sub-center of south of Chengdu city, which has a planned building site area of 260,000 ha and building area of million areas. This residential project will be constructed as a super-large open space international housing area comprehensive with sports, entertainment, leisure, education, etc other functions. One of the top-grade clubs has applied for LEED-CS certification, with anticipation of achieving LEED-CS gold certification.
